What is Go Fish Girls!
Go Fish Girls is a Girl Scout Spirit of Nebraska approved program that teaches girls how to fish! Training provided by FishHer!
Who can participate?
Any group of scouts including Daisies, Brownies, Jounior Scouts, Cadettes, and Seniors!
Where is it?
In person guided training is available on Omaha Ne. area lakes. Self guided training is provided by our informational material.
Why do it?
Introduce girls to the sport of fishing, a sport they will never outgrow, while meeting the new Girl Scout initiative for sports!
For $12.00 Per Scout, Every Girl Scout will receive their very own Go Fish Girls! starter kit to keep.
Each kit includes a Go Fish Girls! lavender fishing rod and reel, plastic tackle box with weights, lures, hooks and bobber, state fishing liscense for those under 16 (Nebraska Only), a Go Fish Girls! fishing patch, certificate of completion, Sidekicks fishing book and more!
